Exhibitor Application

If your products or services are related to the raw/vegan lifestyle, which includes superfoods, raw/vegan cosmetics and health care, gourmet raw/vegan cuisine, services, or sustainable green living, we would love to have you join our team by exhibiting at the festival!

No exhibitor shall sell bee products, leather, or animal products (including the ingredients) of any kind. All products must be considered raw/vegan.

Free admission allows everyone to attend the festival. Our beautiful venue at 918 Bathurst Street (north of Bloor) is close to the TTC and parking is available on the street.

We will be promoting the festival around Toronto through local newspapers, posters, flyers, internet/on-line blogs, media channels, and potluck/meet-up groups. We also have help from our dedicated group of volunteers. And we work with an experienced marketing person. TONIC, our sponsor, runs extensive promotion in their June issue, and Vitality includes us in their Community News section. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to help promote the festival by distributing posters/pamphlets in their area..

Table fees for 2015 – Please choose your option …

If you would like to bring your own 6’ table OR have us provide you with a free 4’ or 5’ table, the cost will be $389.00+HST.

If you would like us to provide you with a 6’ table, please add $20.00+HST. (We have to rent the tables.)

Cheques may be mailed to:
Healthy Festivals Corp.
Suite 23-451
1111 Davis Drive
Newmarket, Ontario
L3Y 9E5

Two chairs will be provided for each table. Please remember to bring a tablecloth for your table!

This year, exhibitors may choose their own table number. We feel that, as loyal exhibitors who have created this fabulous festival with us, you should be able to choose where you want your table to be. Once you are registered, confirmed, listed on our website, and have arranged payment, you may email us your table number preferences.

Please be respectful of table numbers of consistent previous exhibitors.

Food vendors need to be downstairs near the speaker’s rooms (there is a large kitchen there), products/services may be in the Grand Hall, and for exhibitors who wish a little quieter environment, the Sunroom allows more space for you to speak to your customers.

If you have any questions, please email us at info@torontorawveganfestival.com. Thank you!
